We worked with ViiV Healthcare (a partnership between GsK and Pfizer focussed on the treatment of AIDS/HIV) to review and help restructure the way their global digital teams work and deliver on their digital ambitions.
Starting with our initial 'Health check' which involved interviews with leaders and key team members, a deep dive into their product performance and a review of their current projects, we then worked with the leadership team to make changes to digital strategy and their digital product development process.
